Leilighet

This attractive three bedroom, beachside property has one of the best locations in this gated complex overlooking the very attractive swimming pool and tropical gardens. The complex itself is on the border of Artola baja and Caribe Playa just a few minutes walk from Cabopino Port. The apartment is in excepcional condition with cream marble floor throughout and a corner terrace. The complex itself is just a couple of minutes walk from the sand dunes and beaches of Artola and some of east Marbellas favourite beach restaurants. The owner has recently made some energy saving improvements by fitting a new boiler adapting his air conditioning system and purchasing a more modern fridge. The swimming pool and tropical gardens are very well kept reminiscent of a luxury resort. This is a must see property.
