Just outside the door there is a supermarket and several restaurants. 150 meters to Los Boliches train station where you can take the train to the airport and Malaga. The house, Cinema House, was built in 2020 and offers a communal pool, a communal space on the roof terrace and a gym and sauna in the basement. The apartment consists of entrance hall, a spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. The living room has large glass sections facing the lovely terrace. At each end of the terrace there is a built-in storage space and a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
