Solkystmegleren is growing. We are delighted to welcome Magnus Brovold as a new colleague and our golf property specialist on the Costa del Sol.
Many of our clients play golf, or dream of playing more often. Then it is a big advantage to have someone with you who knows both the courses and the properties, and who knows what a golfer looks for.
More than 20 years in golf
Magnus is a golf and mental coach with more than 20 years in the game. Through his own company, MB Golf & Coaching, he gives golf lessons and coaching on the Costa del Sol, focusing on technique and mindset.
He knows that a good round is as much about the head as about the swing, and that the same goes for buying a home: calm, a clear overview and good decisions in the right order.
Electrician and former firefighter
Golf is not everything. Magnus is a qualified electrician and has previously worked as a firefighter in Oslo. That gives him a practical eye that comes in handy when we view properties with clients: he notices the technical details, and he is used to taking responsibility when it counts.
He has made the move himself
Magnus recently moved to the Costa del Sol with his family. So he knows what it is like to swap everyday life in Norway for life in Spain, with all the choices, paperwork and new routines that involves. He brings that experience with him when he helps clients who are considering the same.
A viewing tour with golf
With us, you can combine your property search with golf. You view homes and play a round together, while Magnus guides you and coaches you along the way. The tour suits both groups and individuals, and the price is agreed individually.
It is a relaxed way to get to know an area. You see the homes, the courses nearby and the everyday life around them, all in the same day.
You do not have to live on the golf course
Magnus shares the advice we give all buyers who play golf: first find an area the whole family enjoys, then we find the golf courses nearby. Read more in our article Golf on the Costa del Sol.
If you are planning a golf trip with friends, we also work with Amisol Golf. You can read more about that in our article on the golf partnership.
Book a viewing tour with Magnus
Thinking about a home on the Costa del Sol and want to bring your golf clubs? Get in touch, and we will set up a viewing tour with Magnus.
