Invest in property on the Costa del Sol

Find your place in the sun — and let it work for you when you're not there.

We help Scandinavian and international buyers find property on the Costa del Sol that makes sense as an investment as well as a home: the right location, realistic letting income, and a purchase handled properly from reservation to completion.

Why the Costa del Sol

Demand that lasts beyond summer.

Málaga is one of Europe's busiest airports, and the coast draws visitors from autumn through spring as well as in high season. That gives it one of the longer letting seasons in Europe.

A market with depth.

From Málaga city to Estepona, the coast offers everything from city-centre apartments to golf-resort villas, each with its own type of tenant and its own rhythm of demand.

Fundamentals that don't move.

Climate, connections and steady international interest have underpinned the market for decades. Prices along the coast have risen over the past ten years. Past performance is no guarantee of future returns, but the reasons people come here are not going anywhere.

How we work

  1. 1

    We start with your goals.

A holiday home that covers its own costs, a pure investment, or something in between? How often will you use it yourself? Long-term let or holiday let? The answers shape everything that follows.

  2. 2

    We find the right property.

You get a shortlist, not a flood. For each property we give you our honest view of letting potential and market value, including what could go wrong.

  3. 3

    We handle the purchase.

Reservation, independent lawyer, NIE number, bank account, notary, completion. We coordinate every step and keep you informed, so you always know where things stand.

  4. 4

We help you set up the letting.

We connect you with licensed letting managers, explain the tourist-licence process, and tell you what to expect in the first year.

Worth knowing before you invest

Holiday letting needs a licence.

Tourist lets in Andalusia require a licencia turística, and the rules vary by municipality. Some communities of owners do not allow them at all. We check before you commit, not after.

Purchase costs come on top of the price.

In Andalusia, transfer tax or VAT, notary, registry and legal fees typically add around 10–13% to the purchase price. We'll give you a clear estimate for any property you're considering.

Income is taxable.

Rental income from Spanish property is taxed in Spain, and usually needs to be declared at home too. We are not tax advisers, but we can point you to people who know both systems.
