Lovely bright lounge with access to the terrace plus a partially open fully fitted kitchen and an air conditioning unit. Both bedrooms are ample double rooms with built-in wardrobes and both have use of the large family bathroom. The view from the terrace looks over the communal grounds towards the mountains and out towards Benalmadena and Mijas Pueblo. Owners have the use of the stunning communal swimming pool and gardens plus tennis court and yet with super low running costs. You are also a short drive to Fuengirola and the Commercial Centre Miramar as well as the quaint coastal town of La Cala de Mijas
