This is a fantastic property situated in Bermuda Beach, in an enviable front line beach position offering panoramic sea views. The views can be appreciated from the moment you enter the property giving the "wow" factor. Upstairs are the bedrooms with the Master bedroom having an ensuite bathroom and its own spacious balcony with those incredible sea views and two further guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is a private space for the car and there is a supermarket and restaurants within easy walking distance and it is only 10 minutes by car to arrive at the town of Estepona. A great value for money property in an unbeatable location. Short term rentals are NOT permitted.
